Forma started as an internal tool at Kundo Studio. We were tired of stitching together proposals in one app, contracts in another, invoices in a third, and project tracking in a fourth. So we built what we actually needed — and it became the product.

As a freelancer and studio owner, the path from proposal to payment was scattered across five or more tools. Write a proposal in one place, get a signature in another, send an invoice from a third, track hours somewhere else. Every handoff meant lost context, duplicated data, and wasted time.
Forma unifies scoping, signing, tracking, and billing into a single flow — built by creatives who understand the work, not by enterprise teams retrofitting tools for a market they don't live in.
We use Forma every day at Kundo Studio to run real projects with real clients. The product evolves from what we actually need, not from a roadmap built in a vacuum.
